Orders may be returned within 14 days from purchase date providing goods have not been opened or used. Please send written notice to info@skynergy.co.uk
If goods have not yet been dispatched to the customer a full refund will be issued.
In the instance that goods that have already been posted, the purchase price will be refunded minus the shipping cost. The cost of sending back the unused item/items will be met by the customer. Refunds will only be issued once the item/ items have been received by Skynergy Skincare and have been checked to make sure they are in good condition. Please ensure that all items are securely packaged to avoid damage and that an appropriate, tracked method of shipping is used to return to us as we can only issue refunds upon receipt of items in good condition. In the case of damaged or faulty items please contact us in the first instance at info@skynergy.co.uk where we can then look at the best way of resolving the matter
